South Main Street · since September 2001
A family business,
25 years in
It opened on the south end of Red Bluff in September 2001 with “Family” in the name, and the building backs the word up: courts for the kids who play, classes for the parents who need an hour, and a kids' room so that hour actually happens. 25 years on, it is still Red Bluff's full-service family fitness center.
Who runs it
Same family. Same building. 25 years of Red Bluff mornings.
Tehama Family Fitness Center has been family owned and operated since it opened in September 2001, in the same building on South Main. Not a franchise, not a chain — the people who run this place are the people you see in it. The family teach on the class board most weeks of the year, and most of the instructors have been teaching here for years rather than months.
