27,000 square foot full service facility featuring top of the line exercise equipment. A 7,200 square foot weight room, two racquetball courts, a 6,500 square foot Gymnasium.( 84 /50 ft Basketball court )and a womens only weight room. We off many specialty classes, as well as a Reformer Pilates Studio located inside our gym. We offer a specialized Weight Loss Program, Personal Training,Nutritional & Weight Management Consultantations and have an indoor pool and spa, with lap swimming group classes.( Year round 86 degrees )
