Our Personal Trainers usually start by conducting an assessment of the client's level of fitness and putting together a plan that is designed to help them reach optimal fitness through proper nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes. Here at Tehama Family Fitness Center we use various methods to monitor our clients' progress, such as keeping records of workout routines, measuring body fat and monitoring heart rate levels.
