LEAN FOR LIFE WEIGHT LOSS PLAN
Lean1 combines powerful nutrients to help you get lean and stay lean with the convenience of a health meal replacement.
- Breakfast: Lean1 Smoothie
- Snack: 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese or greek yogurt with 1 serving of fresh fruit or veggie.
