Tai Chi Ruler

This version of Tai Chi incorporates a special ruler. The ruler, or chih, is a simple wooden dowel, approximately one inch thick and one foot long. Fundamental ruler practices consist of a single movement, repeated a few dozen or few hundred times.
Tai Chi has many benefits, including being effective treatment for stiffness and lower back pain. Tai Chi Ruler is one of the easier forms of Tai Chi to learn and still has the benefits of other forms of Tai Chi.
